At Common Ground Consulting, we specialize in project management and owner representation services. We guide projects from government approvals through to occupancy. Our project management services include strategic planning, feasibility analysis, securing approvals, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to deliver projects successfully. Our owner representation services during construction involve acting on behalf of the project owner to oversee the construction process, manage stakeholder communication, ensure quality and compliance, and protect the owner’s interests regarding schedule, cost, and contractual obligations.
