We manage development projects through the city approval process as quickly and efficiently as possible using our familiarity with city requirements, streamlined company processes and relationships with industry professionals and city officials. Principal
Manveer’s keen interest in real estate development resulted in him obtaining a Bachelor's
Degree in Civil Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). With multiple years of experience working as a civil engineer and project manager in the land development sector, he has made valuable contacts in the industry including city staff and
fellow consultants.
Manveer has gained considerable knowledge as a civil engineer on the technical side of development and the city process.
Kanwar Mangat, EIT

Principal
Kanwar works with development land owners, investors, and developers in the Fraser Valley, consistently over-delivering to each client. His experience with development land sales and analytical mindset equip him to strategically advise each client to success.
He has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia (UBC). Kanwar’s street-level knowledge of the Fraser Valley development land market makes him the go-to advisor for many sophisticated developers and investors.
