Manveer Taggar
President
As President of Common Ground Consulting, Manveer leads the firm’s largest and most complex development projects, bringing a unique combination of technical expertise and strategic leadership to every assignment. With a background as a civil engineer and extensive experience in the land development sector, he provides the insight and oversight needed to guide projects from concept to completion efficiently and effectively. In addition to his leadership at Common Ground, Manveer sits on advisory committees for municipalities and development organizations, where he contributes to policy discussions and industry best practices, further strengthening the firm’s relationships across both the public and private sectors.

Kanwar Mangat
Director of Development
With a background in civil engineering and experience with both the City of Surrey and in development land sales, Kanwar brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to Common Ground Consulting’s leadership team. His understanding of both public and private sector processes enables the firm to deliver comprehensive advisory services across all stages of development.

Harman Kahlon
Director of Construction
As Director of Construction Services at Common Ground Consulting, Harman oversees the firm’s construction management and owner representation portfolio. With a background in civil engineering and extensive experience supervising the construction of both low-rise and high-rise developments, he brings deep technical insight and practical field expertise to every project. Harman plays a key role in leading Common Ground’s construction division, ensuring that quality, schedule, and budget remain aligned throughout all phases of delivery. His hands-on approach, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and municipal staff make him a trusted leader across the firm’s growing portfolio of projects.
