Our experience with developments of all sizes has allowed us to gain an accurate understanding of how much the development and construction of your property will cost. As for our fees, we work off a fixed-fee structure, with invoices only due at major project milestones. Payment for our invoices is contingent upon substantial progress being made on the project.
