Final Adoption Received & Development Permit Issued For 19-Unit Townhouse Development in West Clayton (Phase 1).

During the Regular Council Land Use meeting on Monday, March 9th, Council granted final adoption and authorized the issuance of the development permit for a 19-unit townhouse project in West Clayton, Surrey.

The site will be developed in two phases. Phase 1 (19 units) will drain to the first detention pond in West Clayton, while Phase 2 (22 units) will drain to the second detention pond.
